George was great, he replaced the broken spring the same day I called. I asked him to put on a heavier spring and he had the parts right in his van. Total job took less than 1-1/2 hours and he cleaned up afterwards.

My garage door was stuck down and sometime overnight it decided to open & was stuck open & I didn't know how to close the door. I found your ad in my Valpac envelope & decided to call your number listed. Corey Merkle worked a long time to get the control panel to back in service & she did. The only problem I have is that The combo #that I use to open the door from the outside isn't working as it should. I have two doors # the other door opens when I use the combo # that goes with that door. I need someone to call me. I do have a 90 day warranty. The door works well from the inside since the control panel has been repaired. I watched Corey do her repairs.It was quite an experience. She's very pleasant a concerned person. She stayed with the job until she was able to get it to work. I just need someone to get the combination to be able to open the door from the outside. The payment has been made. Thank You! Dolores

This time the call came to them because our daughter bought a house that has an electric garage door but no opener from the sellers appeared. Timothy Kronenberger called with his ETA to say he was on the way and the appointment went very well. Her daughter got a new opener that works with her new house garage door Liftmaster. Chose Precision for response time. The company texts the customer a picture and name of the technician who will be performing the work. The technician arrived ahead of the scheduled time.
