Tim was very thorough in determining that the sensors were out of alignment and suggested that replacing the rollers would be beneficial. The door is much more quiet when operated and don't hit the sensors anymore. I am very pleased with the work done and will recommend your company. I am considering further work being done.

Unexpected garage door spring break! (Then again you never expect it!) After researching all of the available, regional options I chose Precision, and I'm very satisfied. Repair Technician, George Ramey, arrived ahead of schedule and took the time to explain everything I wanted to know. His work was completed in less than an hour, and now I have my garage back. All around great experience with this company and I would call them again.

Randy, the technician, did a wonderful and neat job and was very thorough in his inspection. The cost of $185 per tension spring seems very excessive. Next time I will phone for another estimate rather than calling Precision for any services.

This was our first time using Precision and couldn't be more satisfied. We were able to get a same day appointment and the technician (George R) was able to complete the work in the same visit. Due to multiple points of failure with our existing system, we determined that a new system entirely would be the best path forward - basically only the door itself was salvageable. George was very detailed and thorough - careful to explain the service, underlying cost and warranties. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Our service tech was Randy and we couldn't have asked for a better person or technician. He installed 2 garage door openers, but ran into some issues when trying to repair a broken cable, which was because of how the builder installed our garage doors, but he kept at the job even into the late evening. Now that's dedication and determination!! But since it had gotten too late, he returned the next day and completed the job. Randy was so kind, professional and conversational. If all the other techs have the same work ethic and politeness as Randy's, you can't go wrong with Precision. Thanks Randy for a job well done and for being a very nice person!!

Tech inspected the door, explained the problem and offered several fixes. Ended up replacing all the mechanical parts. Due to age of doors he upgraded both doors so I have matching doors. He came supplied with all the parts needed. Completed all the work quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend him and your co.

The other morning we found we had a broken spring on our garage door. I called a company we have used before and left a message. After waiting a few hours and hearing nothing I called Precision and talked to a live and helpful person. Their tech, Randy, was here and at work before I got a call back from the other company. Randy explained what we needed as a minimum and offered an option for more which he recommended but did not push. We opted for it and are well satisfied with the work, price, and overall efficiency. Highly recommended!

Dave Kovach did I great job today... I was having a problem with my door buckling and not closing or opening properly.... Dave braced it up and now it is working much much better... But if I have anymore problems like this again I will order the door he gave me an estimate for... I will also request Dave do the job if it come to that issue... But for now he did a great job... I was worried about the cost to repair/replace my garage door opener. It was a very old unit with a very old garage door. Brian was my tech and he did a fantastic job accessing what he had to deal with and provided 3 suggestions on how to replace my unit. I appreciated that he was honest and didn’t push me in a direction I wasn’t comfortable with. He arrived on time and completed the work within the timeframe he quoted. I am very pleased with my new opener and would recommend precision and Brian to all me friends and family.
