Our garage door was falling apart. We knew people that had their doors replaced by Precision. The estimator came out ad was extremely courteous, neat and his professional ethics were above reproach. Everything was explained well. We ordered our door after he went over the estimate and he price beat anyone else by not a little but a lot. Today I had this company out to fix my garage door. Marcus and his trainee were very professional. They looked at the door and explained to me where my problem areas were and what they needed to do to have my door up and running correctly and quoted the price to fix it on the spot. They completed the work in a timely fashion and made sure it was working correctly before leaving. I highly recommend this company.

Carlos showed up on time and did a fantastic job repairing the door. He explained everything and also told me why I should replace each part. Little on the expensive side but the quality of the parts and the knowledge that carlos had was worth the money. I will recommend this garage service to my brother.

Your technician was able to come the next day after our spring broke. Cori, the technician, was superb. She called on the scheduled day to tell us she would be late (because of a complicated job before us). When she arrived and examined our door, she explained thoroughly our options. We have a large garage door (one door for a two-car garage). She had the parts to replace both springs. More importantly, she had the strength to fix our door. This is my 2nd experience with Precision. The first with the installation of two new garage door openers. This job was for the repair of an opener from a power surge. Precision responded quickly. Cori was professional and extremely efficient in repairing the damaged opener. Our experience with Precision has been excellent.

Randy is a good salesman and an excellent technician. He took the time to explain the new unique hardware supplied by Precision and we ended up to have him replaced all the cables, springs, rollers, and safety cables in all our three garage doors. Although it was a little bit pricy, the garage doors are now running smoothly and quiet. With the life time warranty, this should be a good investment. Randy also worked expertly and efficiently way into the night to make sure the work was completed within a reasonable time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, no nonsenses, and eager to pass along his knowledge and expertise. Very happy to have him to help us fix our garage doors. Will pass along the news to our friends and make referral in the future.

I was pleased that the appointment for my service was made for today when I just called yesterday. It was not an emergency but I do appreciate the quick service. Unfortunately, the appt time was changed 3 times over the course of today -- however, it didn't interrupt my plans at all. David was pleasant even though he was in his 13th hour of work today. I found that out only after I asked him what time he started today inasmuch as he was unable to get here until almost 8 this evening. That's a long day in this heat. I do think the price was a tad bit high for the material that was used. Fortunately for me I had a coupon that afforded me a "free" service call.
