We were trapped without use of our cars, as the spring broke on our garage door. Couldn't even disengage it and manually lift the door. Precision was out the same day to repair the spring and free our vehicles. Randy Swann was courteous, friendly, and efficient. This is the 3rd time we have called Precision for 2 different houses, and we have always been pleased with the service.
