I had called Precision on one other occasion and was pleased with their work, so when my garage door opener started acting up, I contacted Precision. The technician was on time, professional and friendly. My 16 year old garage door opener couldn't be fixed, he had a new one on the truck and had it installed in about an hour and 1/2. Then he familiarized me with the new door and helped me program the keypad and the remote button in my car. Everything was cleaned up nicely. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the new opener is so much quieter than what I had! Thank you Precision.

called them one day and they were installing a new opener the next day. took about 1 hr. Marcus was quick, through , clean, and very polite. Mine was 22 years old so I though a new one would be best over repairing.

Precision’s call center immediately answered my call and scheduled me for a same day repair window just three hours later. In actuality, technician Marcus called then appeared just over an hour later. He suspected a broken spring but found a much less complicated & quicker fix which works perfectly.

Excellent service and workmanship but pricey. I paid over $100 for a piece of a single piece of 8 foot door trim. That is overpriced. The same product for a 9 foot piece of white trim is $10. Plus there was a service charge on top of this. 4 pieces of trim $460. That is overpriced.

This is a good company to phone for a repair. I had a woman who did my repair very knowledgeable and excellent in customer service relations. She gave a free estimate for my work did not over charge me for anything that was not needed. I dont like people coming to my home causes me anxiety and I never felt uncomfortable at all. I would recommend them to anyone. My garage is like brand new.

No service was actually done. Something was blocking the sensor at the bottom of the door and no repair was necessary. I was disappointed that I was not told to check that area before a tech was sent out and I was charge the $65 service charge for the 10 minutes the tech was here. I felt that this could have been corrected over the phone.

Response for a Sunday to my broken spring was quick. Patrick (technician) was dispatched within an hour after my initial call. Patrick was very thorough, precise, explained replacement steps as performed, tested & re-tested completed work for operation of installation of new springs and even replaced a broken bolt on a handle. His insured every was cleaned up after he completed his tasks and was very courteous and friendly. Pointed out the door was showing age but did not attempt to hard sale. I would recommend Precision for anyone in need of service and will consider them in the future when int the market for a new door.
