Very nice technicians . Installed door in a timely manor . Happy with end result. Only suggestion would be for them to sweep area to get rid of debris left from removing old door. Found several bolts and screws in garage floor.

I really enjoyed the service technician, Randy Swann. We had a severed wire which prohibited the garage door from going up or down. He checked the condition of the whole garage door apparatus. Precision originally installed our garage door system nearly 20 years ago. He suggested an upgrade on all the parts and he included a life time warranty. We agreed. He did a great job. The garage door now opens so smooth and quite that you can hardly hear it when it opens. Again, we are very pleased with the service and it is like getting a whole new garage door. He repaired the wire at no charge, which was the original call for the service.

We had a torsion spring break suddenly and I chose Precision Door for the repairs based on the reviews...I was not disappointed. The technician (Randy Swann) was courteous and professional and provided me with 3 options before beginning any work. He explained each option thoroughly and based on the information, I chose to go with a full overhaul due to the age of the current door hardware and the fact that it offers me a full lifetime warranty for really not much more that the cost of just replacing the torsion springs. The door is operating quietly and smoothly again. Thanks again Randy and Precision Door!

The salesman was very helpful and patient answering all my questions. The install technician (Nathan) knew his business and went about it very orderly and took the time needed. A few qlitches needed addressed but I always got a return call almost immediately, Although I sometimes felt like my questions were more of a bother when calling. I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone needing a new garage door or repair.

Nathan was our technician. He was very professional and honest. He fixed our problem, which he said he had never seen happen before, in about 5 minutes. And he came on a Sunday, within a few hours of our call to Precision. We were very happy with the service, and if we have any other problems, we will not hesitate to contact Precision again. I decided to have 'Precision Door Service' replace our old wooden 61 yr. old garage because we were very satisfied with the service, professionalism and quality of the garage door opener which was installed 13 mos. ago. Aaron Marks did a great job evaluating the condition of my garage door and replaced the springs in a very quick and professional manner. I believe I will have to replace the spring in the near future and I will be calling Precision for the installation. Precision has replaced the spring on our other garage door in the past and did an excellent job.
