Great same day service! The technician tried the door one more time before leaving after he serviced it, and it didn't work! So he stayed and carefully inspected everything until he decided the problem was the control board. He replaced it and made sure everything worked perfectly this time...and it did! Thank you.

Service is extremely prompt and technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We bought the nylon rollers a few years back and have enjoyed the quieter operation of our door ever since. I was in a panic when I didn't have a clue why my garage door wouldn't open until a neighbor was kind enough to come over to check it out. He told me the spring was broken and there would be no way to get my car out of the garage. (This was on a Sunday evening around 4:40PM) He recommended Precision Garage Doors and when I called, Theresa was very helpful, sent an email to confirm and a photo of the technician assigned to arrive between 6-8PM. He called and arrived within a half hour, went over the repair and costs and took less than an hour to make the repair...I am VERY satisfied and will use them in the future.

Precision just replaced my 'regular' garage door guy who didn't show up. Everything about their service was impressive, from the immediate attention, ability to schedule quickly, and the tech communication and follow through. They made multiple confirmations to ensure they would be there. Showed up on time. Had the parts to fix my door, and offered several options for service. Tim did a great job and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. Great service.

Exceptionally pleased with service of my technician. He took the time to inspect the entire garage door opener, recommended and explained the new system he was installing, and was precise and very quick on the entire installation. He also checked the rollers on the door track, cleaned up without a trace and was done within an hour. The new remote pad makes it a lot easier to access entry to the garage. Great Job!! Would recommend Precision to anyone in need of service. Quick, accurate, honest.
