When a spring broke, I called Precision Garage Doors and they sent a repair person on an emergency call at 9;00 PM. Rather than make a costly repair on thee old wooden door, we opted to get a new Clopay garage door. After a two week wait, while the door was being manufactured, a technician came with the new door and had it installed in about two hours. It looks great and operates very well. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone that asks.

One of the cables broke on one of my garage doors. I called precision and they were here within two hours. The tech was Randy - very polite, easy to talk to and very experienced. After discussing the repair options, I decided to have Randy do a complete rebuild of the hardware: cables springs, pulleys and door trolleys. All of Precision's hardware was of much higher quality AND they come with a lifetime guarantee! Randy did an excellent job: he added fasteners where needed, straightened my tracks where needed and made the door run smoother than it did when it was new and he was done in about 1.5 hours - that included the discussion when he first arrived and cleanup. EXCELLENT JOB, I am very satisfied. I will definitely use them again, if needed, on my other garage doors! I will also request Randy.

One of the garage door springs broke this weekend, 8/19/18, and Precision is always our first choice for service. We had Precision replace both springs the next day as we knew they were aging. Technicians are always prompt, courteous and definitely professionally trained to properly diagnose issues, review options & recommendations for repair/replacement, a confirm a price for services/parts prior to proceeding so we can make an informed decision. Precision's prices for service and parts are reasonable. We've had them replace our garage door in the past, resolve an issue with the garage door opener, replace frayed cables, etc. On 7/4/17, a holiday, we called for service and the repair was made that same day.

With my old wooden garage door rotting out along the bottom panel, I began to look around for a new garage door. I looked at Home Depot and Lowe's but really didn't get a feeling that they knew what they were doing. A number of people where I work recommended Precision Garage Door. Bill Jack came out, measured everything and the door, opener and tracking was ordered. Justin arrived on time and installed the system in about 2 hours. He hardly made any noise and cleaned up the garage when he was finished. The new door and opener are so quiet compared to the old one. Thanks so much for a job well done!

Just had Marcus out to fix a door spring that had broken this morning. Quick and very capable. The whole replacement of both springs took only about a half an hour. He also made sure that everything was working perfectly before he left. The icing on the cake is we had purchased your lifetime limited warranty and everything was covered so no charge! Will definitely call again should we need repair or replacement equipment.

My garage door spring broke so I contacted Precision for repair following an internet search of options. My experience from the initial contact to make the appointment through the service provided by the technician (Steven Pagliari) was excellent. Steve provided me with 3 options, which I selected the most comprehensive (replacement of springs, rollers, cables and a new opener). He was not at all pushy, but explained the options clearly and performed fast and professional service. Great job from a satisfied customer!
