Was very nervous bout calling precision garage door,been 3 wks since spring broke and shifted entire door, couldn't budge door ,was wedged into the track somehow,wasn't looking good for repairman,made him aware how bad it was all Nathan said was seen worse not to worry,guess the look I was giving was obviously a very concerned one,to my surprise precision has coupons on line for free service call which helped enormously, my older brother Lou Martin from cranberry mentioned that he used precision in past was very satisfied.end result was total of $192 labor,part,so I turned that frown upside down with sheet happiness that my other front door is working better than ever,thank u again Nathan never had more pleasant service man in my home.very honest company,no doubt have my business and my family and friends .thank u precision garage door of PGH....

I was very impressed with the level of service I had received beginning with my initial phone call all the way through the repair of my door. Nathan was the technician who came to my house to make the repair. He was very polite, personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me clearly and never tried to "sell" me on things I didn't need. When the repair was finished, he took the time to show me a few ways to maintain my door to help keep it operating smoothly. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the level of service I received.

I called on a Thursday evening hoping to schedule an appointment on Friday if I was lucky, but the operator said they had an opening that night and someone could be there to repair my broken garage door spring. George called a few minutes later to confirm he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made recommendations and gave options including pricing, then fixed the spring within an hour. I was and am thoroughly impressed in how everything was handled. I will, and already have, recommended Precision to my neighbors and family for any future needs.

When the obsolete spring system on our 9 ft. garage door failed, calling Precision was an excellent choice. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and right on schedule, Marcus, our serviceman arrived. He was here in the time frame given to us, in fact, our time frame was 4 PM to 6 PM and he was here after 4 PM. Very professional and an asset to your organization. I have a broken spring/coil and within 4 minutes of arrival, I was given an estimate of almost $700.00 to repair a manual door. Be very careful when dealing with Precision!

Hi there Dan, From the moment your girl Kim answered the phone till she hung up she was polite, kind, caring and very personable.she asked me if I wanted to set it up for the next day and I told her I would wait until Monday because I did not want to be paying extra for the week end. She assured me that would not happen, that your company answers 24/7 and do not charge extra for the week ends so I told her I would call her back as soon as I spoke to my husband. I called her back and set it up for the next day Saturday. I was very happy to talk to her. She was 100% customer service. When your fellow Randy came out he was professional and went straight to work. When I went to write a check I was pleased to have received a $25.00 off on my bill for the service call which Kim allowed. Spring fractured on garage door . Could not get cars out to go anywhere. Door could not be lifted by myself. It was a Saturday night . We called Precision Door service and the young Lady who took the call was extremely courteous and scheduled us immediately . She gave us an estimate based on my explanation of the problem. Sent us an email in seconds telling us who would arrive to do the repair. It had a photo of our repairman with his history and a time frame within which he would arrive. Steve Pagliari came to our house and called us to give an estimated time of arrival and came earlier than expected. He inspected the door and gave us an exact cost of the repair. Very nice fellow and great company. We appreciated the quick and excellent service.
