Very nice technicians . Installed door in a timely manor . Happy with end result. Only suggestion would be for them to sweep area to get rid of debris left from removing old door. Found several bolts and screws in garage floor.

I really enjoyed the service technician, Randy Swann. We had a severed wire which prohibited the garage door from going up or down. He checked the condition of the whole garage door apparatus. Precision originally installed our garage door system nearly 20 years ago. He suggested an upgrade on all the parts and he included a life time warranty. We agreed. He did a great job. The garage door now opens so smooth and quite that you can hardly hear it when it opens. Again, we are very pleased with the service and it is like getting a whole new garage door. He repaired the wire at no charge, which was the original call for the service.

We had a torsion spring break suddenly and I chose Precision Door for the repairs based on the reviews...I was not disappointed. The technician (Randy Swann) was courteous and professional and provided me with 3 options before beginning any work. He explained each option thoroughly and based on the information, I chose to go with a full overhaul due to the age of the current door hardware and the fact that it offers me a full lifetime warranty for really not much more that the cost of just replacing the torsion springs. The door is operating quietly and smoothly again. Thanks again Randy and Precision Door!
