The technician George came and looked at an old opener at our business that was not working correctly. Since it was an old commercial opener I was figuring it would be hard to get parts for or repair--which it was. He was there over an hour from start to finish and since he wasn't able to fix the problem he did not charge for the inspection. I usually do not give online reviews but George did a great job and I would use them again in the future.

New to the community and the house, I walked in off the street to your office hoping someone could come take a look at a 25 year old garage door and opening system. Your office staff was very professional and helpful. A service technician was able to make a service call on the same day and fix the door on the same day. We did request the work be split into two days and Marcus easily accommodated our scheduling needs. Marcus repaired an outdated opening system, replacing rollers, springs, a garage door opener & adding much needed safety equipment. We are very happy with how our garage door works now! Marcus was prompt, personal and professional. He is very knowledgeable of your product and what was needed to make the door operate more efficiently and what was needed to bring the door up to code. We would not hesitate to recommend your product and company.

I was very pleased with your service and the technician. I had requested to be called when he was on the way. George arrived in the timeframe I was told. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was given 3 options and chose one of them. He started working and was finished before the hour was over. I am very happy to have my problem solved. I also like the idea that your company lets you know who will be coming. That is a great idea especially for the elderly who may be fearful of who is coming to their house.

I stupidly reset my garage door and none of the remotes worked. I rarely drive so the one day I use my car to go to work, I was in a jam. Big time. Aaron arrived early and did everything he could to get the garage opened and my remotes reprogrammed. He was friendly, professional, and didnt try to price gouge me. I'm normally skeptical of service techs and aaron was fair, honest, and did an excellent job. Thank you for coming to my aid and being awesome!
