Our garage door broke in the morning...my wife called around 8:00 am and the technician (Randy Swann) was there by 12:00 (same day). Randy was fantastic and was able to get the garage working again. He was very knowledgeable and was a huge help. I thought the cost for the repairs would be extremely high but upon completion of the repairs, I was told I owed nothing. This was due to the life time warranty I purchased on a previous repair/overhaul job a few years ago. This is a standup company and I would recommend to anyone looking to either add, repair or replace any garage door equipment.

I really liked getting an email giving me the name of the technician who would be coming to our house and an estimate of his arrival. Marcus called when he was 15 minutes away. When he arrived Marcus assessed the problem, discussed that everything was covered under our warranty, did all the work quickly and then reviewed everything when he was done. Randy the service technician was great. He was very friendly and tried everything to repair my garage door opener. The circuit board was bad and he installed a new LiftMaster door opener. The extra features are a bonus not to mention how quiet the door opener is when opening and closing. This is my second time using Precision Door service and I am very happy. I called at 9 am and by 4 pm our door was completely fixed, which was wonderful. Our installer was Carlos. Carlos called me to say he was ahead of schedule and wanted to know if I was amenable to an earlier time. Luckily, I was able to have him come earlier so that was great. Carlos came and quickly assessed that we needed a couple of things re-bracketed and needed a stronger bracket on the garage door which I could see. This is my first home and so I did not know a lot about garage door repair, but Carlos explained everything. The nicest part was that he gave me three options for repairs: Everything that needed to be done, a second option with some upgrades to our rollers, and a third option with all of that plus an unlimited warranty option. Carlos never tried to upsell me anything I didn't want and let me choose what was best for us. It took him only about 35 minutes to complete the job. It was a little bit more than I anticipated, but it was done very well and I know that our door is now much more secure and that we will not have the issue reoccur soon. Carlos was nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I would very much recommend him for your garage door repairs.
