Daughter had used Precision at their home in Florida. Tim the technician was very professional, proficient, efficient, and very personable. He is the reason we went with your company once the quote was received. Very highest marks for Tim.

Garage door opened, but would not close. Aaron assessed the problem and began by replacing the sensors on the floor at the front of the garage; which solved the problem. He was friendly and courteous. There was no cost because Precision lives up to their life time warranty.

One of the springs on our garage door had broken. The technician, Kasey came over the same day, explained the issues and replaced all the required hardware parts with life time warranty for a reasonable price (I say reasonable based on estimates I found online for the same job). Kasey was extremely polite and answered all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this company.

Our neighbor gave us a VERY strong recommendation for Precision Door, as he had had great experiences with them in another state. Indeed, we were impressed with how quickly they responded. The work they did was to correct bad products installed by the contractor who built our house just eight years ago, so while the extra expense is unfortunate, we now have a lifetime guarantee on the new work completed by Precision, so we give a very positive recommendation.

Your service man - Casey, I think, came promptly to our house. He was extremely courteous, and explained exactly what had to take place for the repair. He worked quickly, and before leaving he explained what he did and demonstrated the repaired door. He is a credit to your company. I will continue to use Precision for any future door problem. I also referred my across the street neighbor to Casey. He stopped by after my repair and sold an $800 job to him.

What an amazing group you have working for you. First to Mike, who helped me select the doors. He was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. As far as the installer, Chuck, he was very knowledgeable at everything, explained what he was going to do (before he started) and as he progressed through the job, he informed me of every detail of the job. I love the doors, and YES, I would recommend your company!

I called several garage door companies and you responded 1st. Your office confirmed the appointment, Michael Cercone let me know when he would be there and he showed up on time. Michael was very professional, explained not only the products but the process as well and set realistic expectations. I was extremely happy and now, can't wait to see my new doors & openers.

I have used Precision in the past for minor repairs. I recognized a potentially big problem and immediately called Precision. Marcus called the day of the appointment and asked if he could come earlier. He was there a half hour before the scheduled time and done in an hour. He replaced the springs and garage door openers. Marcus explained everything and showed me exactly what he was doing. He greeted my daughter and played with my dog, just a good guy. The cost was exactly what Marcus said it would be and very acceptable. I will be using Precision again in the future!

Very professional. New door, and opener. Looks and works great. Only downside....it took five and a half weeks from down payment to install.
