I was shocked to find, on the morning of New Year's eve,that my garage door opener was broken. I looked in the telephone directory and found the full page ad for Precision, noting that they were 'on call ' with a variety of service representatives. I called and was delighted to learn that a repairman could come between 10 and 12 that morning. Justin came ,after calling me when he was within 5 minutes of reaching my house. He assessed the damage and assured me that he could easily repair the opener, and he was able to open the door manually so that I could back my vehicle out of the way. The work was done within an hour and I was very happy with the guaranteed service. So- i give you 5 stars! Thank you! Gwen Lammert

I was extremely pleased with the installation of my new opener, keypad and remotes. The technician was polite, personable & knowledgeable. He explained everything ahead of time and also installed safety cables through the existing springs. He did a great job & cleaned up after he was finished. I was pleased with his workmanship, and everything from start to finish. Even though it was a little pricey, I felt that It was worth every penny and backed by a great warranty.

Marcus was my service rep. He was courteous, explained all of my options. I liked the fact that the parts have a lifetime guarantee and Precision will fix anything should I have an issue. It was more money than I thought it would be, but I am hoping the new weather strip alone will save on my gas bill. Very satisfied with my service and would recommend Precision to a friend.

Chuck and Tim were the techs on our install of 2 garage doors. Could not be more pleased with their work. Both got right to it when they arrived. I could not be happier with my new garage door opener or the service I received. I called at 8:00 on a Saturday night and they had someone at my home by 9:15. I needed a new opener because mine had broken just after I pulled into the garage and shut the door so I couldn't get out. Panicking I called them and they fixed everything and calmed me down. Glad I found them!!!

I found Precision by Googling Washington County garage door repairmen. I needed the weather stripping replaced on both of my garage doors. David called in advance, arrived on time and performed the service work in a timely, courteous and professional manner. While he was here he examined both doors and made a few suggestions. He made sure that I was satisfied with his work and was on his way. No sales/repair pressure. A totally enjoyable experience. Will definitely use Precision again.

Spring snapped thanksgiving night ,ad George from precision come Friday to fix , ended up getting a 5 year warranty but paid very dearly for it. Was way more expensive than the last time I had work done for broken springs , that's why I bought the warranty because of the very dear price I paid but had to have it done. George did a quick and good job as far as I could tell

My 38 year-old solid two-car garage door needed a lot of much delayed maintenance work. Technician George Rosso arrived on-time, inspected my garage door and devised an honest and cost effective action plan. George completed the repairs and adjustments in a timely manner. Since the door had unique issues, George voluntarily returned a few days later to make sure the door was working properly without a charge. But my garage door developed a problem a week or so later. The company honored their warranty and dispatched George to make adjustments. I chose this company from the BBB website and I now understand how they earned the BBB's highest rating. Well done!

Jason Drylie called before arriving and was right on-time. He diagnosed the problem immediately and resolved the issue within minutes. He also adjusted the tension of the door when closed as to prevent a gap at the top of the door. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He deserves a 5 star. Jason Drylie arrived the day after we called, on a Saturday. Our garage door was stuck & we needed a second opinion about getting new springs. Jason was very knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all honest. He did a safety check on our door, pushed it back on track, and added & tightened a couple of bolts. He showed us that our springs were in good condition and should last a few more years. He saved us hundreds of dollars that we would have lost to another service. I will definitely contact Precision in the future, and recommend Jason for honest and experienced service.
