Garage door opened, but would not close. Aaron assessed the problem and began by replacing the sensors on the floor at the front of the garage; which solved the problem. He was friendly and courteous. There was no cost because Precision lives up to their life time warranty.

One of the springs on our garage door had broken. The technician, Kasey came over the same day, explained the issues and replaced all the required hardware parts with life time warranty for a reasonable price (I say reasonable based on estimates I found online for the same job). Kasey was extremely polite and answered all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this company.

Your service man - Casey, I think, came promptly to our house. He was extremely courteous, and explained exactly what had to take place for the repair. He worked quickly, and before leaving he explained what he did and demonstrated the repaired door. He is a credit to your company. I will continue to use Precision for any future door problem. I also referred my across the street neighbor to Casey. He stopped by after my repair and sold an $800 job to him.
