I could not get my door all the way up or down! I called Precision & was sent out a technician in a timely manner. He realigned my saftey eyes & showed me what to look for next time! I am always happy with the technicians. Today it was Keith Alkins! They are well trained & know what to look for.

Service was prompt and efficient. But most important for me was how personable and helpful your technician was. When we opened the garage door a glass light crashed to the ground, which we had stored improperly, and shattered, pieces scattered everywhere. Your technician helped me clean everything up and then quickly did the necessary repairs. Very impressed with his positive attitude.
