I easily got an appointment suitable for our schedule, I received 2 phone calls to confirm appt and arrival. The technician was kind, friendly and professional. He explained the service that our doors needed and showed me what needed to be done. The price quoted for the entire job was higher than we were prepared to spend- so the tech gave us several options to replace the old parts in stages. We will definitely call/use Precision again.
Thank you, Lisa, for choosing Precision Garage Door and for taking the time to give us your positive review. I'm glad you were happy with our service and the options we gave you. We look forward to providing you with excellent service in the future!

Called Precision Garage Door to inspect and repair my existing garage door opener that was binding and not operating smoothly. A service technician was dispatched the same day and arrived in just a couple of hours from calling. The service technician, Tim, arrived promptly and corrected the problem. The repair was done professionally and I was pleased with the great service. The repair was also covered under warranty so that was equally good. I would rate Precision 5 stars for the good service call today.

We were in need of a new garage door opener, as ours was making a noise and was over 35 years old. Carlo, the technician, gave us a few choices in the openers that were reliable and silent compared to our current opener. Within an hour and fifteen minutes, our old opener was hauled away by Carlo and a new one in place. He demonstrated how to program and operate the new opener. It is really quiet and we are pleased.
Scott, Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door and for taking the time to give us your feedback. I'm glad you are pleased with your new opener. We look forward to servicing all your garage door needs in the future!
