Dear Dan , was totally satisfied with repair of my garage door spring especially since it was on a Sunday. Repairman was even early and called beforehand to verify that it was ok to come early. He pointed out that due to the size (double) of the door that it should have had 2 springs in place, not just one, which made sense to me. Anybody can install a garage door on a suburban home! How about on a 100 year old barn. Well Precision did just that for me. Not only did the salesman show up promptly to take measurements, his boss did also. The work was completed in a very efficient manner by courteous and professional workers. It was no easy task as there was much retrofitting required. I have received many complements on the new door that was installed timely and on budget. Highly recommend Precision over the competition I spoke with.

The service man, George, was very prompt in arriving for the appointment. He was very efficient in repairing my garage door opener. Two screws came out of the ceiling guiding the arm that pulls up the garage door. He had to drill holes into a wooden board to reinforce the screws. It took a couple of boards to get the job done. Problem was solved. I would recommend Precision repair services to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with the ease of appointment times (6:30am) so that I could get to work on time and the 2 technicians who finally installed the door were very professional, hardworking guys and I appreciated that they were very meticulous about cleaning up when they were done and that the garage door installation was perfect. If I had one complaint it would be that the garage door took a little long to order but that really was not (thankfully) a major inconvenience.
