I am very satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. They were able to schedule a visit to our home within days of contacting them. The technician was able to evaluate our situation and provide a solution and cost estimate. After agreeing to what service would be conducted - the technician had the tools and abilities to finish the job in a reasonable time frame. It was a job well done to our utmost satisfaction. The tech (Damon Burke) was very courteous and capable in his duties. We highly commend him for his work!!

Called Precision Doors for a broken spring on my garage door opener. Dave, the technician, arrived exactly when he said that he would. He was very courteous and professional. I made sure that the area around the door was clear so that he had plenty of room to work. The job was completed in just over half an hour. Highly recommended!! Thank you!!

The technician was prompt and friendly. He called me that he was on his way about 15 minutes before arriving. He was extremely thorough about inspecting both garage doors. He personally showed me each and every problem and thoroughly explained it. I would recommend George Ramsey to anyone having a problem with their garage doors. Very nice person to deal with and you should consider him an asset to your company.

The tech and his assistant were very nice. However, for a replacement part that might have cost $20 and perhaps 45 minutes of labor, I thought a $363 charge was extremely high.

Precision sent out technician Randy Swann to our home today to repair a garage door that is sadly only 5 years old. Double 16’ door. Randy diagnosed and explained the problem quickly and provided a price quote within minutes. He and his assistant were here for quite a while replacing a broken and otherwise inadequate spring mechanism and some other substandard parts of the garage track system. Apparently looks like this was one of those cutting corners in new construction situations. Precision replaced it with something that looks to me like will never break and if it does they provide a lifetime warranty. My entire interaction with Precision from booking the job to completion was highly professional and efficient. Not bargain prices by any means but very high quality and I have confidence do not need to ever be concerned with that part of the garage door again. I highly recommend Precision and technician Randy Swann based on my experience.

Our garage door was falling apart. We knew people that had their doors replaced by Precision. The estimator came out ad was extremely courteous, neat and his professional ethics were above reproach. Everything was explained well. We ordered our door after he went over the estimate and he price beat anyone else by not a little but a lot. Today I had this company out to fix my garage door. Marcus and his trainee were very professional. They looked at the door and explained to me where my problem areas were and what they needed to do to have my door up and running correctly and quoted the price to fix it on the spot. Your technician was able to come the next day after our spring broke. Cori, the technician, was superb. She called on the scheduled day to tell us she would be late (because of a complicated job before us). When she arrived and examined our door, she explained thoroughly our options. We have a large garage door (one door for a two-car garage). She had the parts to replace both springs. More importantly, she had the strength to fix our door. I had a problem with the garage door opener not working. I had used Precision Door a few years ago on a different problem and received excellent service so decided to use them again. They were able to schedule an appointment two days after my call even though it was a Saturday. Their technician, Randy, arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the opener. He performed a general check of the entire system, lubricated the system where necessary, explained what he did and what to look out for in the future. I believe that he did a great job at a reasonable price and will definitely use them again if any additional problems arise.
