We used Precision when we had an emergency and needed our garage door springs replaced. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. So it was a no-brainer when we had some issues now with the door not closing that we would call them again. Cori was awesome. She fixed the problem, explained everything she did to me clearly and gave me tips to extend the life of the door and the opener.

I had a new LiftMaster Opener installed. Marcus was the installer. He arrived promptly and answered my many questions about what equipment would be installed. He wore a mask, as I did, and maintained social distance. He was thorough, polite, very knowledgeable and patient. When the work had been completed he explained all the features included with the installation. He assisted me to set my code for the Wireless Keyless Entry and tested and retested to make certain I felt comfortable with the new system. He also explained the door control. He explained that maintenance was important and to call if I was experiencing any problems with the system. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Marcus as a technician.

Only giving 5 stars because there aren't more to choose! This company provides outstanding service!! Technicians Cori and Marcus are wonderful.. very professional, very thorough with excellent explanations, when they were here to fix problems we were having with our existing 10 year old garage doors. A week later, when we called about another problem we were having, an appointment was set up for the same day. Communication as to who is coming to the job, and notification when they are on the way is very good. Another thing that really impressed us : at no time was there any pressure to replace the garage doors. We highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Randy was the tech that worked on my garage door. He explained all the issues he saw after his inspection. He then went about fixing all the issues. He showed me all the replacement parts he was going to use and how they were higher quality than the ones I originally had on the door. He worked quickly and efficiently.
