My original quote for a new opener was $450 installed plus a $75 service fee. What's that, I asked. After some discussion, the woman said she would waive the fee! They arrived as promised and my first quote was $1,200 which included all new springs etc. I said goodbye.

We had to have a garage door overhaul, multiple broken parts & all this during Covid! There were unavoidable delays due to parts being back ordered but Precision worked with one of their customers that only had a leaking window on their garage panel &’was willing to let us have their panel that came in before ours! We were so thankful for this because we couldn’t open our garage @ all. Our fixed door & new springs & rollers work beautifully & glide so quietly now. We’re very happy!

This is the second time I've had Precision to service my garage door. Same day service is unheard of--it's great. They're very efficient, the techs do an excellent job and there very personable.
