I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. Their staff is very professional and knowledgeable as well. I had a unique issue with the door panels. Tom came out quickly to assess the issue and within several weeks (which was earlier than what was expected), the replacement panels were installed. I have no complaints, it has been an excellent experience thus far.

Our garage door spring broke, and I called Precision this morning. By noon Aaron, our repair person, had arrived. He explained the problem and what was suggested in the way of repair, and he repaired it promptly. He was personable, professional and did a good job. Just had your technician, Marcus, leave approximately 30 minutes and I could not be more satisfied with him or the service he provided. He actually called and said he could make it to the appointment 30 minutes before the earliest time quoted us and asked if that was OK. He repaired our garage door after explaining everything he would do in full detail and why it needed to be done. Normally you have to pull answers from a repairman, but he left me with no questions, he was so through. If we ever need service from Precision again, I hope he is still a tech with your company. He even had a universal garage door opener he could program to our system. I have been concerned every since our spare failed a year ago. Way to go Precision for training your employees correctly. It was nice to find a courteous and knowledgeable service person come to our door.

The response time to my live chat was extremely fast ~ someone was here within half an hour of my chat. He called to identify himself and to give me an estimated arrival time. He was courteous and professional, gave us an estimate, and repaired the problem immediately in about 45 minutes. We are very pleased and would recommend Precision. on 8/3/16, one of the springs broke on one of our large (9') garage doors, making it impossible to open. having used your co. in the past, (on the other door with great results) i called right away. Madison answered, was polite, thorough and scheduled an appointment for the next day after giving me several time options. the technician Aaron showed up promtly within the appointment "window" diagnosed the problem and went right to work. he was very likeable and very knowledgeable and had the problem fixed in about an hour. he had me check his work which was excellent, asked if i was satisfied (which i was) finalized the paperwork, and was on his way. i have found your co. (personally on 2 occasions) to be on of the most reputable, reasonable, and very easy to deal with. your schedulers and techs are top nocth! extra credit to Aaron who's been here twice. he is a great guy & a credit to your co. (not alot people out there with his work ethic and personality.) i would highly reccomend your co. to others, and often do. keep up the good work. thanks for the great service!

I closed my garage door on a Monday morning and when I pressed the button on my remote to open it Monday night after work, it just made a terrible grinding noise. It would not open. I saw that the bicycle chain looking thing was completely off of the track. So, I called on the following morning (Tuesday) to schedule an appointment. I was dreading physically opening the door and thought it would be a few days until a repairman would be able to do anything. Well, to my surprise, Keith Atkins (what a great guy and a great service technician) was at my door Wednesday morning ready to take on the challenge. He said that since my opener was over 32 years old, the gears finally wore down. He replaced the gear mechanism in less than an hour and I was on my way to work. He left me with words of advice to be gentle with the opener and it should last a little longer. I told him that when this one goes, the first and only place I will call will be Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Service was prompt and efficient. But most important for me was how personable and helpful your technician was. When we opened the garage door a glass light crashed to the ground, which we had stored improperly, and shattered, pieces scattered everywhere. Your technician helped me clean everything up and then quickly did the necessary repairs. Very impressed with his positive attitude.
