My garage door was installed in 2010. The broken spring was the first major problem I've had with my garage door. When Brian arrived to repair the door he did a complete inspection of the problem then explained what he would need to do to fix the problem. He got the parts he needed went to work ,and completed the job before I knew it. Very professional experience.

Our garage door malfunctioned 11:00 AM on a Saturday morning, made a call to Precision and they were there by 4:00 PM to perform the repair. The repair only took about an hour and the door works great again. I would highly recommend them to others!

Our remotes would not open the garage door. I called Precision around 4 pm on Tuesday and they set up an appointment for the next morning. The technician George came, evaluated and checked several things and concluded that the logic board could not communicate with the remotes. He was knowledgeable, polite, and explained what he found to be the problem. Thank you George. I have used Precision for over 15 years and have always been very happy with their work. Precision was recommended to us by two neighbors who had used your services. While no one was available to make a house call on Wed. Nov. 24, we were pleased to know that we could have service by noon on Friday. The technician, Tim Kronenberger, called to say he was early (nice surprise)and asked if he could come to our house in 15 minutes. When he arrived, he was very polite and went right to work assessing our problem. He gave us the options for repair clearly and thoroughly and once we decided to go ahead and have a complete overhaul of the door, he completed the job promptly. George did a terrific job! He evaluated both garage doors and recommended that we have the springs and cables replaced. Not only did he make the necessary repairs but he also took a quick look at our keyless opener which hasn't been working and within a minute he had it reprogramed and working just fine.
