Damon Burke came and worked on my Garage door which the cable was broken and some of the panels where Bent and the door would open all the way up, but would not close all the way down at all. I rate Precision Garage Door Service with a 5-Star rating! This morning as I was leaving out of my garage at 6:00 a.m. my garage door would not close after I pulled out of my garage. I then found myself searching for the key to my backyard lock so I could go through my backyard into my garage and manually close the garage door all the time looking out for coyotes, foxes, raccoons and skunks in the dark. When I got back home I started searching for professional companies; as I have had countless repairmen come to my home in the 14 years since I brought my home for quick fixes and paint jobs for my garage that I found on other sites trying to save some money. I knew this morning that I needed a professional as I do not want the garage door to slam down on my car while entering or exiting. Long story short I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and the Technician who came to my home at the exact time that I had selected. Damon, was professional, efficient and very helpful. My intention was to purchase a garage door after I pay my home off in a few years; but I was so impressed with the quality and work ethic of this young Technician, that I have decided that I’m going to have Precision Garage Door Service come back out this summer and install a new garage door and garage door opener. As I stated earlier, I give them a 5-star rating!

My experience with Precision today was absolutely incredible. I discovered that my garage door spring was broken, called them at 12pm and by 3pm it was repaired for a fair price. The entire experience blew me away from start to finish. The customer service rep, Kayla, was extremely polite and efficient with getting this scheduled. The text and email updates throughout the process were reassuring. Finally, my technician, Damon was a true professional. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and quick in doing a wonderful job.
