Builder-installed torsion bar went and needed to be replaced. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, and Kasey clearly explained the issue and what needed to be done. He was very professional and completed the job quickly. It was an expensive repair, but necessary and the lifetime warranty helps ease the sting a bit. I got the referral for Precision from a neighbor (who had the same problem), and would recommend them to others.

Our garage door spring failed at a most inopportune time early Sunday morning. I was surprised and relieved to see Precision Door Service offered Sunday service. Kasey Teysser succinctly explained a good, better best scenario regarding my options to repair the garage door. Kasey worked judiciously and professionally to complete the repairs. I have no problem recommending Precision or using Precision if the need arises for our other garage door. After the work was completed I discovered a discount coupon on the Precision web site. I called to see if Precision would honor the coupon after I had already made payment. I am to expect a call from a manager on Monday morning to see if the coupon and credit will be applied. Stay tuned to see if the credit is applicable.

We chose Precision again because of the excellent service that we received when the garage door on the other side broke. We have not had any problems with that garage door since Precision overhauled it 8 years ago. Again the service on this garage door was excellent again. They were able to have someone come out within a couple of hours both times - now both garage doors on each side are very quiet and smooth. Excellent service.

While he was here, I told him about the poor quality of the outside keypad cover which was installed 2 years ago. He offered me a good deal on a more elaborate keypad which solved the issue.
