I love to fish, kayak, and do anything that puts me close to wildlife. My family attends a local church, where my wife and I volunteer on a regular basis.

The service technician was very professional, polite, and was very familiar with my specific garage door opener which was installed by Precision several years ago. The problem I had was with the lighting, and he was able to fix the problem on the spot. And probably best of all, the repair was still under warranty. Precision garage door openers are by far exceptional compared to the others that I had installed in the past. I'd recommend Precision to anyone.

I found this company while searching for someone to repair a busted spring. I already had one company in mind that I used previously with good results but I wanted a comparison on the price. The quoted rate was better than what I had in hand due to a current discount. I was able to get same day service spring replacement at a reasonable price. The contact and service were 5 star all the way. I was updated with multiple emails and phone calls. At the end of the service i was able to pay with no contact (pandemic) required. I thought the last company I used was great. I was wrong, they were good, Precision is what great looks like.

I choose Precision because you were an authorized dealer for Lift master. Your technician Tim was great. He was prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he can not fix the problem. He is trying another part. Will contact if he can get it. If it cannot be fixed I am done with Lift Master The unit is only 4 years old. Very angry that it may need replaced
