I love to fish, kayak, and do anything that puts me close to wildlife. My family attends a local church, where my wife and I volunteer on a regular basis.

Our original choice was based on desperation. Subsequently I have heard many good things about Precision from other satisfied people. Technician--Tim-- was ready to go as soon as he arrived. His advice was based on reality, not sales. Job was done in a short time. Cleaned up after the job(!). Overall, a good experience.

Excellent service from Joe Kronenberger. The problem with my garage door opener was a unique one. He was here for over an hour, and even stayed after he fixed the problem to make sure that it was working properly. Having a life-time warranty was a plus!!

I called at noon today, the person who took my call and made the appointment for me was very efficient, and the service tech (Tim K.) was at my house at 3:45 p.m. and the replacement of my garage door opener and related equipment was completed in just a little over 1 hour. Tim was friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained everything that needed to be done to fix the problems that I was having. I saw your ad in the Clipper Magazine, and I was able to use the coupons to save money. I am very pleased with the service, installation, and I will definitely recommend your company to family, friends and co-workers.

I easily got an appointment suitable for our schedule, I received 2 phone calls to confirm appt and arrival. The technician was kind, friendly and professional. He explained the service that our doors needed and showed me what needed to be done. The price quoted for the entire job was higher than we were prepared to spend- so the tech gave us several options to replace the old parts in stages. We will definitely call/use Precision again.

I honestly cannot write a positive review because the problem with the keypad was not resolved. I am so annoyed with this that I will call on Monday to set up coming out and uninstalling the opener and returning my money and taking away the opener. I don't want it if it is not going to do what I want and need. I already had a neighbor ask me who did my work and I could not recommend Precision because of this keypad. problem. My wife wants to go on social media but I told her to wait and see if we can remove the opener and get a refund. What say you Dan? Your guys that came out did a very professional job and were very pleasant, but I do not care for the product.

Called Precision Garage Door to inspect and repair my existing garage door opener that was binding and not operating smoothly. A service technician was dispatched the same day and arrived in just a couple of hours from calling. The service technician, Tim, arrived promptly and corrected the problem. The repair was done professionally and I was pleased with the great service. The repair was also covered under warranty so that was equally good. I would rate Precision 5 stars for the good service call today.

Tim K came out today to service our overhead garage door. Tim performed a thorough inspection, and informed me of what repairs were needed and the available repair options. I decided to have an overhaul done due to the door's age and the amount of wear-and-tear. One of the springs was broken, and some of the rollers had bent shafts, which was discovered while replacing the old ones. When the job was finished, he picked up and removed all the debris. I asked Tim to measure the door size since we plan to replace the old, heavy wooden door with a new, lighter weight metal door in the next year or two. He provided an estimate for future reference. Based on my experience today, I would gladly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who needs overhead garage door service.
