Precision just replaced my 'regular' garage door guy who didn't show up. Everything about their service was impressive, from the immediate attention, ability to schedule quickly, and the tech communication and follow through. They made multiple confirmations to ensure they would be there. Showed up on time. Had the parts to fix my door, and offered several options for service. Tim did a great job and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. Great service.

The Precision technician, Tim Kronenberger, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, was quickly able to identify, diagnose, and repair/replace the mechanicals of our 60-year-old wooden garage door. Now, it's easier to open than an aluminum door! Plus, our call was scheduled and serviced quickly!

We called Precision for the repair because we had a coupon for your service, which I'd posted next to the door opener. Timothy came on time, was extremely courteous, and seems to have repaired the problem very satisfactorily. I don't think the rating "gorgeous" really describes our garage door, but we'd give five stars on the basis mentioned above.

I originally used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in 2009 to overhaul my garage door torsion springs, rollers, bearings, drums and cables and received a lifetime warranty. They have been back twice since then for minor repairs and performed all repairs free of charge. Both times they came to the house exactly on time with technicians that were professional and polite. This is the second door opener Precision has installed for me. Excellent quality. The tech called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He previously installed the motor on the other door so it was a breeze to do the second door. It was the TV advertising that attracted me to Precision. Great messages. I give the maximum 5 stars to the entire effort. My first door has a motor so quiet you barely know its' opening. Now the other is just as silent. I heartily recommend Precision Garage Door when you want it done right and at a competitive price!
