I've been with Precision for more than 10 years. I have a great family at home, with a wonderful wife and 8 kids. With whatever free time I have I enjoy being in nature. I love to fish, kayak, and do anything that puts me close to wildlife. My family attends a local church, where my wife and I volunteer on a regular basis.

Placed call on a Sunday night, had an appointment for Monday, they showed up early and had materials available to do the job. Efficient and professional! Have used them before and definitely would not hesitate to call again when and if needed. My neighbor used them as well and also extremely satisfied. Couldn't be happier!

Less than 1/2 hour from the time that we placed the service call, Tim Kronenberger was on-site, assessed the situation and provided a detailed quote for the cost of the required repairs. The repair work (installation of new springs, cables, safety cables, cast iron pulleys, and rollers, etc.) was completed within the hour and our garage door was purring once again. We have been long-time customers and are very pleased with the Precision Door Service's quality of service, professionalism and responsiveness. We have and will continue to recommend Precision to anyone.

I must say I am really happy with the service I received. I called at 3:30PM on Tuesday and spoke with a friendly receptionist who told me someone would call me between 4 and 6 to service my garage door. The door would not completely close and it was 18 degrees outside! At 4 o'clock, I received a call from Tim. He said he would be here in 20 minutes. And he was. He thoroughly looked over things and told me it could be one of three things. He was very efficient and had the problem diagnosed and remedied within the hour. AND he didn't charge me. I believe he was the technician who originally installed my door in 2013. He said the parts he replaced were no longer under warranty, but that he would replace them without charge. I was very happy to have my door fixed in such an efficient manner and not charging me was a bonus!

Hello, The webpage was very nice....almost too much to believe, but I did notice the BBB symbol......and we decided to try your service. We are older and have seen too much false advertising through-out our lives that didn't live up to the initial presentation. I must say that we are greatly impressed with your company and especially the tech, Tim, who came to our house. He was polite, knew what to do, answered all of our questions and presented choices fairly. We did decide to go for the little upgrade(new springs and ball bearing rollers) beyond the initial gear replacement call. He is a '5' star employee. Dan, Tim worked steadily and is very good. Excellent customer service!. I called for a service call on my garage door opener which had not been opening the door for a few days and which, of course, caused my family to be locked out of the house (we use the garage like a front door and do not keep a key with us, which will change). Of course, when Tim Kronenberger, the technician, arrived everything was working so I have an intermittent problem. Tim spent time to check the functionality of the opener and went over the available options in detail, from leaving it alone to see how it behaves to multiple variations of replacement openers. No pressure at all. I chose to remove the probable problem and have a belt driven opener installed. Very quiet operation. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that has a need and I appreciate Tim's professionalism and attention to detail. Very nice experience!

Precision just replaced my 'regular' garage door guy who didn't show up. Everything about their service was impressive, from the immediate attention, ability to schedule quickly, and the tech communication and follow through. They made multiple confirmations to ensure they would be there. Showed up on time. Had the parts to fix my door, and offered several options for service. Tim did a great job and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. Great service.
