I've been with Precision for more than 10 years. I have a great family at home, with a wonderful wife and 8 kids. With whatever free time I have I enjoy being in nature. I love to fish, kayak, and do anything that puts me close to wildlife. My family attends a local church, where my wife and I volunteer on a regular basis.

Outrageous prices to replace door springs. To get the lifetime guarantee it was almost 900 dollars. Cheapest repair was very close to 400. Buyer beware they will not quote prices over phone.

Sir, We're sorry you are disatisfied with pricing, our spring repair is $368 to have two springs and two drive cables replaced. Springs were $264, but drive cables needed replaced as well. Also, $624 was the quote for lifetime warranty not $900.

Placed call on a Sunday night, had an appointment for Monday, they showed up early and had materials available to do the job. Efficient and professional! Less than 1/2 hour from the time that we placed the service call, Tim Kronenberger was on-site, assessed the situation and provided a detailed quote for the cost of the required repairs. The repair work (installation of new springs, cables, safety cables, cast iron pulleys, and rollers, etc.) was completed within the hour and our garage door was purring once again. We have been long-time customers and are very pleased with the Precision Door Service's quality of service, professionalism and responsiveness.
