Tech called as company promised before heading my way. Actually called/came earlier from previous job. Lucky as part I needed was not stocked on his truck for my old opener but he was able to locate one at HO and made round trip/install within my appointment time window. Very courteous.

We have tried for months to align the sensors on our garage door. If it wasn't overcast or night time the door wouldn't close. Tim fixed it in a few minutes. This was our first experience with Precision. Our last experience with another company did not go well. We will stay with Precision.

Had an issue with the door not being able to raise. Called Precision and they had a tech out that day. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and made sure the door was operating perfectly before leaving. I am aware this is what should be expected however, Ive found that customer service is not what it once was. It was refreshing to have this experience.

Tim was very thorough in determining that the sensors were out of alignment and suggested that replacing the rollers would be beneficial. Precision Door was incredible to work with. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. In typical Pittsburgh fashion, we received heavy snowfall and the roads weren’t great. The service technician called me first thing in the morning to let me know they were on a delay and gave me an updated window. The communication was fantastic. I received a text with my technician’s photo and a brief bio - loved that!! The technician arrived within the window, was very professional and quickly repaired my opener. He followed CDC guidance and took all appropriate COVID measures. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

Timothy the service technician was professional, courteous and resolved my garage door issue. I was not aware that the Precision garage door motor had a life time warranty. When Timothy said that there would be no charge for the new motor that Precision installed many years ago. It made what started out to be a bad day A GREAT DAY.
