I have talked to several people that use you guys, and they where very happy with your service and product. Mr Hummel was very professional and a very explainatory about what the services the tech would be doing to install the new garage door. After he left, I noticed in the bill, he didn't include the alum wrap around the framing to make it a no maintenance (no painting). Please let him know. I can only use the phone by texting. I'm hard of hearing. So please text me.

Absolutely a great experience from start to finish! From getting scheduled to the team arriving timely to getting the new opener installed. The installation techs were very knowledgeable and professional, and were very understanding of special circumstances with the install process. Precision Garage Door Service of Pittsburgh is a fantastic company to do business with. From my initial contact with them to the completion of an old opener removal and new garage door opener install, every employee I interacted with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would like to thank John in the warehouse at the Steubenville Pike location who spent time with me to discuss my needs when I initially stopped by with a few questions about their services. John was a great brand ambassador for Precision and after spending time with me discussing Precision's capabilities and showing me how well equipped and well prepared they are for their advertised services, he took my contact information, and made it a point to insure I received a follow up call to schedule an appointment. Within 24hrs, I was contacted by Kim to schedule an appointment to be on site 2 days later. When I needed to re-schedule, the Precision Team provided yet another window of time to accomodate my requested day/time changes that was very convenient for me and within 3 business days of my original appointment. As the time passed to the day of service, I received automated reminders of my appointment with pertinent schedule and technician information prior to the day of my scheduled visit. On the day of the work, Reece also contacted me with a courtesy call to let me know of his pending arrival and arrived well within the time that was scheduled. Upon arrival, Reece walked me through my various options for choosing a new opener and upon selecting the unit of my choice, he promptly began the installation. Reece completed the work in a very timely and professional manner even though he encountered some complications related to the removal of the old, broken opener that I was replacing with a new Liftmaster unit from Precision. Upon completion of the job, Reece made it a point to demonstrate the functionality of the unit and answered any/all of my questions before departing. My thanks to John, Kim, and Reece for their professionalism and efforts. Each of you made my experience with Precision Garage Door Service a very positive experience.
