Every business needs to have a Damon working for them. Explained everything I needed and Damon though he had recommendations was not pushy. He completed the job way quicker than I anticipated. He took his time making sure I understood everything and he even guided me through the process of programming my vehicles to open the garages before he left. Pricing for the same door spring replacement and same warranty was over $450 more from Precision even after paying your $65 service fee. This is to me gouging and a ripoff!

In retrospect, I would have been much better off waiting for the first available service appointment with Precision when our Lift Master garage door opener battery backup failed during the recent 6 day power outage. Instead I opted for immmediate service from an unknown company that represented itself as experienced and ended up replacing the overhead shaft spring at a very inflated price and also ended up with an opener where the shaft decoupled from the motor twice. That company hung me out to dry promising to return and permanently fix the opener, only to give me multiple arrival dates and times which never happpened. I returned to Precision and gladly awaited the four days before a service opening was available. Their tech identified the problem immmediately, was very familiar with my particular opener and made the unit operable within an hour. The moral of the story is clear, stick with the real professionals, Precision.
