We were very disappointed our door is lees then 5 yrs old and a spring broke asked the tech about warranty because we bought door there and you installed it and he said we can’t Guarantee the door manufacturers product even though you sell them not fair!!! And tech did not have mask on not happy with your company

Called on a Friday afternoon about buying and having installed a new garage door opener. That Sunday they were here at noon for the install. My technician was George Ramey. A very knowledgeable professional who completed the job in just over an hour. George explained how to operate, the warranty and how to program the remotes. Precision Technician Cori Merkel did a very thorough job of inspecting and repairing my garage door. She has encyclopedic knowledge of the way these doors were installed and should operate. Cori smoothly stepped in and altered her schedule when the tech who was supposed to take care of my door suddenly called off sick.

I was very pleased with the service received. Tim was professional,courteous, and accommodating. He explained the problem, and was able to repair the problem. The lights remained on and would not turn off. Tim diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board, which he replaced. I will definitly recommend Precision in the future.

we had precision door install safety cables on our garage doors last year. we were really satisfied with the workmanship. the lady that installed them was great. so when we decided to get door opener we naturally thought that precision door was a great idea.

Service Tech Damon did a phenomenal job of identifying the real issue with shuddering of the Garage Door. Weather seals were on the sides of the door were sticking causing one side of the door to go up before the other. He identified that was the cause and fixed it by spraying the lube. A day later the door no longer makes noise and it goes up smoothly. Big thumbs up for Damon on his expertise.

Precision put in my new garage door opener in 2019 after I had trouble with Accurate. This was a routine check that I normally did with my old door opener. I was told today this needs to be done every 2 yrs unless I hear something does not sound quite right as my system is new. Your men did a routine adjustment & were very courteous & efficient. My opener was installed by Randy Swann in 2019 that was a class act. I will continue to use your company going forward. 5 stars. Excellent!
