Two comments: -$20 energy surcharge + service call fee - gas a lowest price in two years. Should be part of service fee. -My second spring was not broken but I agreed to replace unit - cost for second spring should be reduced because torsion bar and end pulley had to be removed to replace broken spring.

I was hoping to get a new garage door opener installed today. Due to my mistake and not looking where it was getting installed they were un able to perform the service. The repair person was professional and explained everything to me. He did not get upset based on my mistake. We ended up replacing the keypad for now until we look at a new door and a place for the opener. Thank you Precision, I will use you in the future and recommend you to my friends.

IT'S NOT OFTEN THAT I FIND A SERVICE NEEDED PERFORMED ON THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. NOT ONLY DID THIS HAPPEN BUT YOUR SERVICE MAN THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY POLITE, SHOWED US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THEN PROCEEDED TO ACCOMPLISH IT WITHIN A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
