I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work completed by the technician on both appts. I was shocked at the additional charge of $20 for transportation, disposal (the key pad was replaced), filing, and office charges. Really?! A $65 technician fee charge was already assessed which I understand. To add to my disappointment when I called to ask about the $20 the office manager was less than professional. I considered his dealing with my question rather rude. Overall I like Precision Door company and even bought the warranty. The $20 is overcharging your customers!

The company was recommended by a friend who had recently had work done by Precision. When I called Precision, I got an appointment quickly. Carlo arrived within the time frame and easily fixed our issue. He explained what was going on with the opener and made an adjustment. I would contact Precision again.

Service call was prompt and service rep. was efficient. Although I was a little surprised that a tip is requested as the rep presents the bill, I did attempt to add one on, but accidentally put in a very small amount by mistake. It did not mean that the reps services were not up to par.

Wow! Marcus Martin showed up and was training a new employee. They were great! I didn't know if I could even fit an opener in my garage. Marcus is very good. They figured it out and installed the opener very quickly, Amazing. I then needed to reset the closing later that day and Marcus walked me through it. Professional, courteous, … I can't say enough. Five stars all the way for these guys. My garage door was installed by a true craftsman, who did an impeccable job. The old door was hauled away and the jobsite left nice and clean. Door works quietly and smoothly, looks great and improves the value of my townhouse. The price was competitive, but I no longer shop for garage door specialists. Precision is the only one I call.
