Review:

Outrageous prices to replace door springs. To get the lifetime guarantee it was almost 900 dollars. Cheapest repair was very close to 400. Buyer beware they will not quote prices over phone.

Sir, We're sorry you are disatisfied with pricing, our spring repair is $368 to have two springs and two drive cables replaced. Springs were $264, but drive cables needed replaced as well. Also, $624 was the quote for lifetime warranty not $900.

He came out within a couple hours of my phone call, and repaired a spring system that had been previously installed and because of the warranty it cost me zero...wife is happy so am happy!
