Precision Door recently repaired a broken spring on our garage door in a timely and prof manner. I was concerned Precision may not respond to the nagging issue after the original repair as they had to come back 2 more times. However, in both cases they were very responsive and professional...ensuring that the door was operating as it should be. Thanks for doing what you said you would and in a timely manner !

They replaced my garage door, opener and trim on the coldest day of the year (2015) to date. I recently retired and wanted the lifetime warranty to make my life easier as I have had problems with my old setup in the past. Jason Drylie arrived the day after we called, on a Saturday. Our garage door was stuck & we needed a second opinion about getting new springs. Jason was very knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all honest. He did a safety check on our door, pushed it back on track, and added & tightened a couple of bolts. He showed us that our springs were in good condition and should last a few more years. He saved us hundreds of dollars that we would have lost to another service. I will definitely contact Precision in the future, and recommend Jason for honest and experienced service.

I was extremely pleased with the installation of my new opener, keypad and remotes. The technician was polite, personable & knowledgeable. He explained everything ahead of time and also installed safety cables through the existing springs. He did a great job & cleaned up after he was finished. I was pleased with his workmanship, and everything from start to finish. Even though it was a little pricey, I felt that It was worth every penny and backed by a great warranty.

Chuck and Tim were the techs on our install of 2 garage doors. Could not be more pleased with their work. Both got right to it when they arrived. Once job was complete they were both very thorough with explanations of operating tips warranties etc.. I would give the whole process of sale (Bill Jack) and install a 5 star rating.

I found Precision by Googling Washington County garage door repairmen. I needed the weather stripping replaced on both of my garage doors. David called in advance, arrived on time and performed the service work in a timely, courteous and professional manner. While he was here he examined both doors and made a few suggestions. He made sure that I was satisfied with his work and was on his way. No sales/repair pressure. A totally enjoyable experience. Will definitely use Precision again.

Absolutely great service. I have a small detached garage with no window nor door. I had--very absentmindedly--closed the door with the hatchback open thus wedging the hatch against the garage door when I tried to open it. Precision Door representative came within the time promised and he managed to open it with only slight damage to the hatchback. He was very professional both in his execution of his work and demeanor.
