Our garage door spring failed at a most inopportune time early Sunday morning. I was surprised and relieved to see Precision Door Service offered Sunday service. Kasey Teysser succinctly explained a good, better best scenario regarding my options to repair the garage door. Kasey worked judiciously and professionally to complete the repairs. I have no problem recommending Precision or using Precision if the need arises for our other garage door. After the work was completed I discovered a discount coupon on the Precision web site. I called to see if Precision would honor the coupon after I had already made payment. I am to expect a call from a manager on Monday morning to see if the coupon and credit will be applied. Stay tuned to see if the credit is applicable.

Once again, you guys hit it out of the park. Your responsiveness was exceptional (within hours of my call about a door that would not close). Ben, our technician, was on-time, professional, friendly, efficient, thorough and accommodating. He made a 25+year-old garage door operate correctly, smoothly, and - most importantly- nice and quiet! Thanks Dan, and the entire team at Precision. You work hard at great customer service and it shows.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from Sal, the technician. We did not anticipate having to replace our garage doors but Sal spelled out the pros and cons of repair vs door replacement options. He seemed quite knowledgeable and capable - we chose to replace both doors. (service performed not listed: turned out to be an evaluation of our current door - problems - and the decision to pursue replacement vs repair)
