Tim did a fantastic job. It was the 2nd job we had Precision Garage do for us at our home and Tim was the technician both occasions. He is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Tim did exceptional work and finished earlier then expected both times. Thanks for great work and we look forward to having our new door installed in a couple weeks when it arrives. Thanks for everything - Sean & Maureen Cleary

I would rate your service at 5 stars. Having used your service for my garage door twice, I have found that your technicians are well trained with the knowledge needed to handle any problem. They are on time, and listen to what the home owner has to say. I am also impressed that if I have a problem in the afternoon, someone is at my home before 11pm that same day. Please keep up with the good job you do, I will use you again if needed and will tell my friends about your company as well. Again thank you.

Very professional from start to finish. Everyone at Precision was committed to customer satisfaction. We initially had an issue with color mismatch on wood style doors, but Tom at Precision, and the door manufacturer Clopay, went above and beyond to resolve the issue by replacing both doors. Very impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend. Very satisfied. Great job!

Very fast reaction to my suppport call. The technician was very professional and courteous. He made sure everything worked. While he was here, I told him about the poor quality of the outside keypad cover which was installed 2 years ago. He offered me a good deal on a more elaborate keypad which solved the issue. I'm very pleased with the professionalism of Precision. Keep up the good work!

I can't say enough about the responsiveness and quality of work that you folks provided. Our door was inoperable due to a broken spring. Somehow Tara managed to work us in to your booked-up repair schedule. Kasey was here on time (thanks, too, for the email confirmation), was totally professional, obviously capable, polite and courteous. Took care of the problem efficiently. No hype. No up-sell. Just straightforward and honest service. You guys have a winning formula. Thanks so much. (Here's a free plug: We have one of your Precision opener systems. This is the first repair/ maintenance since it was installed, which was so long ago that you didn't even have a record of us as an existing customer. Now that's a reliable product!)

Found Precision in our Valpak coupons when our garage door broke. The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable about our problem. Since our doors were the original we decided to replace the doors instead of replacing the spring. They quoted a price and a time frame when the doors could be installed. The technician who installed our doors did a great job, everything worked well. With the new doors the garage is warmer and the doors are much quieter. Would highly recommend Precision.

Today was the third time we worked with Precision. Our garage door wouldn't close and cold air was getting in. Called yesterday, service today. Wow! Tim was amazing! Great style, very knowledgeable and professional, didn't product-push but offered helpful options/solutions to our needs. I told him he "represents the Precision Brand very well." He's an asset to your business. Great job Tim. Thank you, thank you. Would recommend for sure! Merry Christmas.

Call for service on an opener after 7 months. We knew the issue was on our end, but Rob Thorhauer (the Precision tech) was incredibly quick, efficient, and effective at getting things back in top shape. I'm delighted that I chose Precision for our door openers and service. I stand behind their product and service in the same fashion they supported us. Wonderful effort on their part!
