Very professional from start to finish. Everyone at Precision was committed to customer satisfaction. We initially had an issue with color mismatch on wood style doors, but Tom at Precision, and the door manufacturer Clopay, went above and beyond to resolve the issue by replacing both doors. Very impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend. Very satisfied. Great job!

The garage door spring broke on the evening, I called in the morning to schedule a service visit. The technician arrived on time and he changed the broken torsion spring in less than one hour. I Have my garage door working again. Very satisfied with the service.

Very fast reaction to my suppport call. The technician was very professional and courteous. He made sure everything worked. While he was here, I told him about the poor quality of the outside keypad cover which was installed 2 years ago. He offered me a good deal on a more elaborate keypad which solved the issue. I'm very pleased with the professionalism of Precision. Keep up the good work!

Found Precision in our Valpak coupons when our garage door broke. The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable about our problem. Since our doors were the original we decided to replace the doors instead of replacing the spring. They quoted a price and a time frame when the doors could be installed. The technician who installed our doors did a great job,everything worked well. With the new doors the garage is warmer and the doors are much quieter. Would highly recommend Precision.

Precision came to my home on a Sunday to repair and replace a broken spring, they were prompt and there at the time given. The repair was made and to my amazement there were no charge, as my doors were still under warranty, there was no charge, not even for the call.
