I am extremely pleased with the product and installation provided by Precision. They had to essentially re-frame the garage opening (the garage was in sad shape) and did a fantastic job at a price lower than what Sears quoted. Tim knows his "stuff".

Very pleased with the service. I've used Precision before at my previous house and called them again for my new house. Technician called to confirm and stated when he would arrive at my home. Technician listened to my concerns, checked the door, and determined the best course of action. He told me how long the repair would take, got my approval and completed the job as stated. I was very pleased with your company from the initial phone contact to the finished repair. The person who scheduled my repair was pleasant and courteous. My repair person, Tim, arrived on time and quickly assessed my problem and informed me of what was needed to fix it. I was a bit surprised at the cost, more than I expected of course, but Tim took the time to explain the details of what needed to be done. Your lifetime warranty and Tim's explanation made the cost less shocking. Our other garage door will likely need work in the near future and I will definitely call on your company again.
