Tim Kronenberger was our technician and he was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, honest, polite,and took the time to explain the problem(s) to us. He gave us several options for repair and explained each one. I read the reviews about Tim after I learned he was assigned to us. The only problem I have is that the previous reviews have already used every word I could think of. Our experience was great, and would recommend Precision AND Tim to anyone.

I was not home when Tim Came to the house, my brother-in-law was there and told me that he explained every little detail on what he was and was going to do. He told me the man really worked hard on replacing the spring, I guess they were really rusted on there. I was really Please with the service. Hi Dan, Your technician, Tim Kronenberger, did a great job in doing what I asked of him. I liked the 90 day warranty, that is a fair amount of time if something is to go wrong that might go wrong. In the event I need further servicing performed, I will surely call Precision. My only negative is the cost of the rollers, I felt that was a little steep, but the work and sound so much more quieter than what I had.
