The Precision tech was punctual and very helpful. We purchased a home and in addition to the garage door malfunctioning, we had no instructions from the former owners or remote openers. The technician explained our system, showed me how to reset the codes, repaired the door and thoroughly checked and lubricated all the moving parts. I would definitely recommend Precision.

I had Precision out to replace springs, coils, and rollers on ancient but sturdily built garage door. Went with the overhaul and was very pleased with the work. Justin was the guy they sent out, very personable and explained the whole process in complete detail. The job was done in a few hours, very efficiently! The door moves so smoothly and nary a sound. This is the second time I've called your company, and would have given you 5 stars except for the "energy surcharge." It tells me nothing about what it is, nor why I was charged. I'm suspicious. Repair guy was great. Done fast. Friendly. Garage door is very quiet now. The price was unexpected, but when you are stuck in the garage what can you do. Plus, it now has a lifetime warranty so it seems worth it. Would call again.

I was quoted a price to repair a garage door that was not working properly. Justin also suggested preventive maintenance on my other door so the same situation would not occur with this one. At a later date, he completed the agreed upon work and did so efficiently and on time. He was very pleasant to deal with and the service was exceptional. The price was higher than I had hoped to pay, but his original estimate was consistent with the actual cost.
