Very positive experience for first time customer! Appointment scheduling was easy with short lead time (1 day). Info about appointment and technician was well communicated via text msg. Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, and communicated well. He assessed the problem, provided options, and did not pressure sell. He was able to repair a 20+ year-old garage door opener (which really surprised me) and had it fixed in less than an hour. No hassle credit card payment with email receipt. Would use this company again myself and will recommend to others.

Conner Scott did a great job recognizing our primary and other issues causing our double garage door not to work, despite our having replaced the travel module. He lubricated all areas during the Precision 25 point inspection, looking for evidence of spring wear due to "heavy" door. He tightened many bolts and the chain, improving the noise and vibration we've had all along. Conner gave us the background and estimates on repair/conversion of our two main unusual wear areas, the incompatible spring system installed and the likely wear on motor gears. We will be watching and listening for any symptoms and bearing these options in mind. Meantime, our door back in working condition, wires spliced and out of the way, saving me inevitable future bother.

I had a cable snap on my garage door. I called Precision that same day. Customer service was fantastic. They sent a technician out within a couple of hours. Conner Scott was a rock star. He inspected both garage doors, fixed the broken cable and replaced both springs. He had the problem fixed in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. My neighbor recommend them and now I'll recommend them as well.

Our garage door opener chain broke on a Saturday afternoon. We called Precision Sunday, because we have used them in the past for a garage spring repair. The customer service we received on the phone was excellent and an appointment was set for Monday. Conner, the technician, arrived at the appointed time. Precision replaced my rollers and springs in Sept. 2021 and did an excellent job! My garage door opener stopped working a couple days ago so I scheduled a service call for today. Conner Scott was my technician and I could not have been in better hands! First he tried to fix the problem with a few adjustments and save me some money but unfortunately it was a no go. The opener was 25 yrs. old and had seen better days. Conner quickly quoted me a price for a new opener. I gave him the go ahead and in 30 minutes my new opener with new sensors was up and running! Conner was very courteous and knowledgeable as well as efficient! I could not have been more pleased with his work! Thank you Precision Door and most of all thank you Conner Scott!

The young man that came to look into our garage door problem was very professional. He determined that the motor to lift and lower the door was faulty and had all the parts available in his van to replace it immediately. He took time to explain how to sync the garage door opener with the wall remote and also with the other remote controllers.
