Once I was able to reach customer service and then was able to schedule an appointment with a technician, everything went smoothly. The technician contacted me for his arrival time, introduced himself to me via email so I knew who he was when he came to my house. The technician detected the problem immediately, and proceeded to explain the issue to me in language I could understand and then replaced the parts that were causing the door not to function properly. Excellent service once the appointment was scheduled and he arrived.

about 5 years ago i had two garage doors installed and this company did a wonderful job, last week 10.31.22 I had two of the rollers come off the track called precision and they were here 3 days later even though they are short handed, Damon was the tech and was very nice and fixed the problem in no time at all...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I will never go to another company.

This has been the best experience I have had dealing with a company for repairs. The people I had contact with from start to finish made it a pleasure. Especially Damon Burke the repair technician who came out to check and make the same day repairs for my really old wooden garage door by replacing all of the hardware. Now my door opens easily and safely. Damon was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and was willing to take the time to make sure to explain everything involved and about the warranty. He made sure that I was happy with the replacement and repairs before leaving. He is a treasurer for your company. Love the way your company handles making the appointment, the txts and emails but especially txting the picture and info about the person you are sending to my house, the confirmations and up to date arrival times. I had called Precision on one other occasion and was pleased with their work, so when my garage door opener started acting up, I contacted Precision. The technician was on time, professional and friendly. My 16 year old garage door opener couldn't be fixed, he had a new one on the truck and had it installed in about an hour and 1/2. Then he familiarized me with the new door and helped me program the keypad and the remote button in my car. Everything was cleaned up nicely. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the new opener is so much quieter than what I had! Thank you Precision.
