David K. Went above and beyond to solve all of my problems with my garage door today. In addition to replacing what needed replaced, he saw that a light bulb had burned out in the ceiling of the garage and replaced it without me asking. The laser on our garage door was damaged on Monday evening. Dave from Precision was here on Wednesday and replaced it. He was efficient, neat, and kind. He explained a few things, and the price charged was reasonable. I would call Precision again for any future needs.

Called on Monday about garage door spring broken. Office staff got me an appointment the next day. Service was excellent and had 2 new springs in about a half hour. Service Tech was excellent and explained various options pertaining to repair and guarantees.

the technician was very helpful. he answered any question I asked. the door was too heavy for us to pickup when the spring broke and I called for an earlier apt because I had to get my car out to go to work. he was here as soon as he could get here. the door is very quiet now and I will rest assured with my lifetime setup
