My garage door has been acting up these past 6 months, barely opening and then finally opening after repeated attempts. Finally today it closed while I was still inside (external garage) and refused to open again. I called Precision Garage because I was now stuck inside the garage, Aaron came quickly once he received the call from dispatch and had me out and the door parts replaced within a half hour. Called for service at 8:30 am and repairs were complete by 11:30 am. Aaron arrived and immediately recognized that the sensors which detect objects preventing door closure were experiencing an electric shorting problem. Sensors were immediately replaced for a very fair price and system is now working properly.
