I was very pleased with the work performed by your technicians George Rosso and Tim Kronenberger. Both men were very courteous and explained what they were doing throughout their visits. George diagnosed the problem as a weak spring and replaced several parts. This did not solve the problem and Tim returned the next day and replaced a control panel in the opener. Your appointment staff were very good in arranging appointments for both technicians. The door has worked well since the repairs were made. Thank you.

Technician tried to fix old opener but it was just worn out. He explained my choices for a new opener. I told him how the old door maid a lot of noise and I could not keep cold air out at top. He installed new opener, replaced bad rollers, and got door to fit tight. It cost me more than if I had done it myself with an opener from Home Depot but he did it right and solved all the problems I had had in about two hours.

Jim Todd certainly knew what he was doing, he quickly identified the problem and developed a solution. He was very efficient and able to complete the repairs quickly. The pricing was more than expected, I could have probably purchased the new parts much cheaper then what I paid but I am not familiar with garage door repairs. I would certainly utilize Precision Door Services again but I will educate myself before agreeing to the cost of new parts.

Appreciated that your company responded to problem without insisting on time and a half like our previous dedicted Co. Citywide did ( they no longer will service our stores ).The door that was repaired did malfunction for a period of about an hour and a half by stopping half way down but has since functioned ok. Your website should make it simple to obtain the local repair #. Overall it took an extra day I assume to get parts but the door was repaired to my satisfaction

I saw your ad on television - when I called I asked if the $39.95 was the ONLY charge. I was told it was. In addition the the safety check and lubrication I needed a new spring. George was very neat, polite and professional. I told him to replace only the one spring which he did. When I got the bill there was a $20.00 surcharge in addition the the $39.95 and the cost of the repairs.

The service performed was a checkup. The technician was on time and courteous. He adjusted the closing force on the door. When he left the door would not go down. The force was reduced to a point that initiation of closing the door caused the door to reverse and go back up. It took 3 or 4 attempts to get the door to close. I put a call in for the tech but managed to remedy the problem myself. My call was returned promptly but a return visit by the tech was unnecessary.

New door looks good. I did find a dent in the door and you are replacing the panel, but it should have been discovered by the installer and they order a replacement. Not having me call and you look at the pictures to confirm it should be replaced.

Garage door spring was broken... I called them about 3:30pm. Technician was there in about a 5pm, door was fixed in no time, however the fees are quite expansive... strongly recommend Precision Garage Door if you need quick service

I chose precision because they were available 24/7 and I had an emergency. The operator set up my appointment for 11pm - 1am. Then, I received an email that said the technician would arrive at my home between 11pm-1145pm. My technician arrived 10 minutes early. He was quick, knowledgeable, professional and very courtious. The customer service is very "customer friendly"!

Very pleased with the service. I've used Precision before at my previous house and called them again for my new house. Technician called to confirm and stated when he would arrive at my home. Technician listened to my concerns, checked the door, and determined the best course of action. He told me how long the repair would take, got my approval and completed the job as stated. We are very satisfied with our new garage door. The only thing I saw different from when I spoke to the guy who completed the estimate was that we weren't able to update the way the rails are put in for the new door to be installed. He indicated we could have it all look so that you didn't have to see the rails so close to our heads. But when the gentleman who completed the installation began installing he indicated that it had to be completed the same way we had it due to the size/height of our garage. But at least the garage door is a lot more quieter than the other one (which he indicated would be the case). We are overall very very pleased. Husband still has to bend his head when he comes in the house door of the garage because of the low rails...
