I chose Precision to fix my garage door because I had used them in the past and their work and products are superior to other companies that I have used. All employees are professional, from customer service to the service tech Damon, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Damon was fantastic, super nice and friendly. My spring broke on the garage door. They came the next day on the time they set. Brian came in and showed me everything I needed. He was very nice and informative. Updated my springs and rollers and inspected my door. Made everything safe. I would get them again.

Tim was very professional. Followed Covid-19 protocols. Walked me through what he would be doing. On inspection, he noticed one of my springs was in very much need to be replaced. He gave me a detailed estimate. When I mentioned I would call to set up an appointment to have it done, he said he actually could do right then. Fast, proficient and walk me through again after all the work was completed. would recommend your company highly.

George did a terrific job! He evaluated both garage doors and recommended that we have the springs and cables replaced. Not only did he make the necessary repairs but he also took a quick look at our keyless opener which hasn't been working and within a minute he had it reprogramed and working just fine. He is always thorough and polite. I'd recommend them any time.

I use your company for routine repairs. As we were hearing a "clunking noise" upon the garage door closing, we called to schedule a service appointment. Your rep came out yesterday and advised that the apparent problem is a bent lower panel. He suggested that I call Precision Door to have one of their servicemen come out to inspect the panel, which I did this morning. While I was not at home when your rep came over, my wife reported that he carefully checked everything over and did not assess a service charge!!! I am very appreciative for your company's service in this regard, and if the other company can't solve our problem, I'll get back in touch with you. I give ***** stars!

We had replacement garage door springs and hardware installed 3 years ago with tech Randy Swann and the experience was outstanding. Prompt service and technicians who are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Now 3 years later we needed an adjustment and the tech Brian Pellegrino was prompt and provided outstanding service again. The tech was very professional. Explained in detail what was going to be done. One pulley was wearing and suggested it would be best to replace both on that door. Found an LED bulb in one opener and recommended replacing. Lubed as needed. Very polite.

A couple of years ago my garage door was acting like it had a mind of its own. Based on a mail ad, I called Precision who sent out a talented technician named Cori who quickly diagnosed and efficiently solved my problem. As a result, I didn't hesitate to call again when an explosive bang in the middle of the night told me the 15-year old spring on my garage door had snapped, trapping my car inside. I called Precision in the morning and by the afternoon Damon had expertly replaced the spring system. He was very patient in answering my questions about the process. Two years, two five-star jobs by Precision.

I'm a "repeat customer." I had a broken spring and rollers replaced in May of 2019. CORI MERKEL was the tech then and she did a wonderful job. I've had no problems with the spring or rollers since. Our garage door opener finally quit working after 20 years of service. I had visions of having to replace the whole unit. Well.. that was not to be after DAMON BURKE arrived. Right from the get go..he explained EVERYTHING TO ME and said our system was in great shape. He had to replace the LOGIC BOARD and it worked perfect again. I asked if he had any remotes and he did. We only had one. He programed that and lubricated all the moving parts and inspected all of them closely. I also had him replace the seals on the bottom of both of our doors. He cleaned up everything wonderfully. DAMON is an asset to Precision Garage Door. His attitude and friendliness is very rare to find in today's world. Thanks again, buddy, for a job well done!! Ralph
