We used Precision Door because we bought the opener from them and had one minor repair last year that they fixed at a very reasonable price. This time it needed new springs. Cori was our service person and was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. She explained everything needed in detail and gave an estimate before starting the work. Our garage door spring broke on a Thursday afternoon. We had our technician, Cori, at our home Friday morning before 9am. Garage was fixed by 10am! Cori was great and explained all the options and did a tune up of our garage door!!

Cori was really great! I really appreciated that she explained every detail to us about our garage door set-up and what she was going to do to get it fixed for us. She did her best to repair what we had even though it was not a conventional set-up. While it was unable to be fixed, I am confident that she did everything she could to at least make that attempt before suggesting that we purchase a new door. I really appreciate it that we were not charged for all of the troubleshooting that she did before letting us know that we needed to order a new door. We should have the new door installed within two weeks. I highly recommend Precision!
