Cori did a wonderful job with both the estimate and the install of two new garage door openers. She provided us with choices regarding pricing and features and was able to schedule us very quickly for the install, despite freezing temperatures and snow. I appreciated the in-person estimate. We called a few other companies and they were only wiling to give estimates over the phone despite the fact I had a few questions regarding our original doors and repairs we needed on the door seals.

FANTASTIC experience. Called Precision with a problem and they were out the following work day. My technician's name was Marcus, couldn't have been more professional. He provided an estimate of cost to fix the problem. When I asked if I could set-up an appointment to have the work done, he stated that he could do it while he here. Unbelievable !! Problem fixed. When Brian arrived to repair the door he did a complete inspection of the problem then explained what he would need to do to fix the problem. He got the parts he needed went to work ,and completed the job before I knew it. Very professional experience.

Precision emergency service was excellent. Precision was able to fit me into their schedule based on our emergency situation. Precision called and texted leading up to my scheduled appointment. The Precision service advisor (George Ramey) arrived on-time, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our garage door was fixed with little downtime.
