If you are looking for an experienced garage technician and a company that cares about safety, expertise and knowledge of the business, then seek out Precision Door and Cory Jo Merkel. Cory's knowledge of every aspect of garage repair that includes openers, technology and every roller, spring or safety checklist amazed me how she could make a difficult situation a positive completion of the project, which was installing a new garage door opener. Cory has the knowledge to supersede the problem, a too short extension cord and the possibility of hiring an electrician, which would cost extra money. it didn't surprise me that Cory had an answer to the problem, an 8 foot rail to ensure a perfect connection to connect everything needed to make the opener a successful job. Cory took the time to explain every detail from remote to setting up all the necessary details for a safe and less stressful experience , the customer. For me, it was like a magic act when Cory would go into her work bag and find ways to fix any problems that seemed to hinder the work process for a complete installation. There is no doubt, and from previous experience with Precision Garage Door, that an emergency or repair service will go for Corry, who I trust to tackle any future appointments. Cory is at the highest level of professionalism from the very beginning to a successful end product.

We used Precision when we had an emergency and needed our garage door springs replaced. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. So it was a no-brainer when we had some issues now with the door not closing that we would call them again. Cori was awesome. Only giving 5 stars because there aren't more to choose! This company provides outstanding service!! Technicians Cori and Marcus are wonderful.. very professional, very thorough with excellent explanations, when they were here to fix problems we were having with our existing 10 year old garage doors. A week later, when we called about another problem we were having, an appointment was set up for the same day. Communication as to who is coming to the job, and notification when they are on the way is very good. Another thing that really impressed us : at no time was there any pressure to replace the garage doors. We highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Was extremely pleased with the representation of the company. Everything about them was professional. I liked the fact that they had 24/7 operations. I called at 11 pm and received an appointment for the next afternoon. The spring on my garage door broke and I was unable to open it to get the car out. I was impressed with several items about the company. 1. Was notified by phone and also message about who would be arriving to look at my door. This message also included a pitcher of the technician and a brief bio about her. 2. Cori was my technician and arrived on time. She presented a very professional appearance and attitude. She explained all of the possible options that was available. She was able to temporary open the door so that I could get the car out. 3. We ordered a new door (Old one was over 40 years old). I will leave a new review after installation describing that. 4. The company reached out to keep us informed about every step involved. Would HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door repair to everyone. If the installation is only a portion as good as the initial service I will be very happy

Cori did a great job repairing our broken spring and adjusting the door! We had everything replaced in 2006 and bought a lifetime warranty on everything. They still honored our warranty. It was well worth buying the warranty! Did Betty: pay a cent this time! Very happy with our service even with the coronavirus. Cori, the repair tech, was careful to make sure every precaution was made.

Yesterday was our third repair/visit by a Precision service technician over the last 4 years - 3 at our previous home and the last one at our present condo. Each repair/installation more extensive than the ones previous. Again, our technician provided thoroughly professional and excellent results - we are most happy and delighted with her work and the parts and materials provided. In the past, we have used other garage door service companies -never with a satisfactory result.
