We were very disappointed our door is lees then 5 yrs old and a spring broke asked the tech about warranty because we bought door there and you installed it and he said we can’t Guarantee the door manufacturers product even though you sell them not fair!!! Service Tech Damon did a phenomenal job of identifying the real issue with shuddering of the Garage Door. Weather seals were on the sides of the door were sticking causing one side of the door to go up before the other. He identified that was the cause and fixed it by spraying the lube. A day later the door no longer makes noise and it goes up smoothly. Big thumbs up for Damon on his expertise.
