Precision Garage Door service did a great job with our garage door repair. We received reminder texts and emails regarding the appt. The technician called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Precision was recommended to us by two neighbors who had used your services. While no one was available to make a house call on Wed. Nov. 24, we were pleased to know that we could have service by noon on Friday. The technician, Tim Kronenberger, called to say he was early (nice surprise)and asked if he could come to our house in 15 minutes. When he arrived, he was very polite and went right to work assessing our problem. He gave us the options for repair clearly and thoroughly and once we decided to go ahead and have a complete overhaul of the door, he completed the job promptly. Tim was very professional. Followed Covid-19 protocols. Walked me through what he would be doing. On inspection, he noticed one of my springs was in very much need to be replaced. He gave me a detailed estimate. When I mentioned I would call to set up an appointment to have it done, he said he actually could do right then. Fast, proficient and walk me through again after all the work was completed. would recommend your company highly.

We have tried for months to align the sensors on our garage door. If it wasn't overcast or night time the door wouldn't close. Tim fixed it in a few minutes. This was our first experience with Precision. Our last experience with another company did not go well. We will stay with Precision.

Had an issue with the door not being able to raise. Called Precision and they had a tech out that day. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and made sure the door was operating perfectly before leaving. I am aware this is what should be expected however, Ive found that customer service is not what it once was. It was refreshing to have this experience.

Tim was very thorough in determining that the sensors were out of alignment and suggested that replacing the rollers would be beneficial. Just when we were getting ready to put our home on the market, one of the garage doors wouldn't open--and my car was inside. It was easy to see the problem, but I wasn't sure how we would get it fixed or how soon that could happen. I called Precision and was able to get the door repaired that day. The technician, Timothy K., fixed the door, programmed openers so that they could open either door, and was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I highly recommend Precision for their excellent service, reasonable prices, and outstanding technicians.
