I love to fish, kayak, and do anything that puts me close to wildlife. My family attends a local church, where my wife and I volunteer on a regular basis.

Called Precision Garage Door to inspect and repair my existing garage door opener that was binding and not operating smoothly. A service technician was dispatched the same day and arrived in just a couple of hours from calling. The service technician, Tim, arrived promptly and corrected the problem. The repair was done professionally and I was pleased with the great service. The repair was also covered under warranty so that was equally good. I would rate Precision 5 stars for the good service call today.

The tech's who have come to provide warranty service (TIM in particular) is outstanding. Service requests are handled quickly, and they arrive on time, and are fast. Tim K came out today to service our overhead garage door. Tim performed a thorough inspection, and informed me of what repairs were needed and the available repair options. I decided to have an overhaul done due to the door's age and the amount of wear-and-tear. One of the springs was broken, and some of the rollers had bent shafts, which was discovered while replacing the old ones. When the job was finished, he picked up and removed all the debris. I asked Tim to measure the door size since we plan to replace the old, heavy wooden door with a new, lighter weight metal door in the next year or two. He provided an estimate for future reference. Based on my experience today, I would gladly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who needs overhead garage door service.

One of my springs broke and I decided to change them both. Iv changed garage door springs in the past and they can be a lil bit of a pain and to be honest I didn't feel like doing it. They answered the phone on a Sunday after 8pm and an appointment was set for the next day. Tim came to my house for the repairs. He was on time, and had both springs changed out in less than 30 minutes. Everything was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company for garage door service
