Cori Merkel was the technician that was sent to my house. She was very professional and knowledgeable she let me know that I could have done and explained what warrantees there were. Purchased a new garage door opener, when she pulled the old one down she informed me on how the sprocket didn't sound right. She was correct there was metal dust all around. She replaced it in about an hour, like she said. Now it's quieter than the old one.

My technician Cori Merkel was thorough and professional. Explained a number of things about my door opener etc. that I was not aware of. Showed me exactly what the issue with my door was. Fortunately it was not a major problem and she performed maintenance on the door as well. Advised me of potential problems that I may have with the door and provided quotes without high sales pressure.
