The representative who came to my house was Cori Merkel. She was driving a marked vehicle, wearing a company uniform, I.D., etc. COVID measures were in effect. I could tell she was very knowledgeable regarding garage doors/openers and would be able to help with an old malfunctioning garage door on a 1950 house that I had just purchased the prior week. I signed an agreement for both a garage door and opener. I felt the pricing was very good and in the ballpark of what I expected. Now I can’t wait to get many years of use & see the difference the new door will make in the appearance of this house! Cori is a “people person”and definitely an asset to this company!

Technician Cori Merkel was professional and friendly. She provided excellent customer service and was informative. Cori made a few minor adjustments and provided routine maintenance to my door that was hanging up intermittently. Cori explained reviewed the history of past services provided by Precision and the things to look for such as our aging opener and future garage door replacement. I will definitely use Precision when I make these future upgrades. I have never had a service technician provide less than excellent customer service from your company.
