I chose your co. because I had used you in the past with great results. On 6/15/23 I had a situation with 2 damaged bottom sections on my 9’ garage door which rendered it inoperable. I called your co. and was given an appointment for the the very next day (6/16). the tech whose name was Damon arrived early and was able to at least secure the door in the down position. He informed me that the 2 bottom sections would need ordered and the lead time was hard to pinpoint. However, he called back the same day and informed me that he was able to locate the needed parts and would be out the next day 6/17 to complete the job. He arrived early and had the doors fully operational in a short time. I really can’t say enough good things about Damon. He was knowledgeable, personable & professional. He deserves 5 stars for his work ethic along with all mentioned above. Thanks Damon & thanks to your co. Another job well done & another well satisfied customer.

My garage door opener stopped working. My technician Damon arrived on time, explained my options as to whether to fix or replace the opener. Because of the age of the opener I chose to replace it. Damon did a great job of installing the opener. When he was done he took his time to make sure I understood how the door worked and all the features new openers have.
