He also noticed a wire that was hanging & rubbing against the garage door, so he stapled it back onto the ceiling, which he certainly didn’t have to do. On the day of service, Reece did a great job of communicating arrival times and what to expect throughout the process of the repair of my belt driven garage door opener. This is not the first time I've used Precision, and there's a reason I keep coming back to them. Their online appointment system is easy to use and scheduling is a snap. Their technicians are always friendly and courteous. There is NO high-pressure up-selling. They fix your problem, do what they need to do, and charge a reasonable price. If you want to talk to them about upgrades or other products, they will give you options, but they aren't there to sell you something that you don't want or need. I've used Precision for at least four garage door replacements and repairs, and they have knocked it out of the park every time.

They're always Johnny on the spot on time have all the equipment in the tools with them and the service man knows his stuff.
