Torsion spring breaks Friday night with my wife's car now stuck in the garage. I called Saturday morning and luckily they had an opening on Sunday. Conner Scott came out within the appointment window and had to replace more than the spring as the other components were >20 years old. He did not try to upsell me on the other components. He new his craft well and spent his time efficiently. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

I came out the first thing this morning to get the trash ????? and I heard a loud noise behind me and when I tried to open the door with the remote, it wouldn’t do anything. I didn’t know what to do but then I remembered back two years ago when I was having a problem with the garage door and all it would do then was go up and back down continuously and I looked on line to try and find somebody to give me a helping hand and I came up with your company on line and I explained to them what was happening and I was so surprised when they said that they would be happy to come out and take a quick look at it and that was on a Saturday.That is what made me look up their number again and I got Damon Burke come out and he first calmed me down by saying that he was going to get us straightened out and he checked the garage door and right away explained to me what was going on and all that he needed to do and he went at it . He was very knowledgeable, and courteous and he did a great job and it didn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would take and he did a tremendous job. I would definitely recommend your company to all of my friends and family in a heartbeat because at a time like that you are excited about what to do and what is going to happen next and believe me this Damon knows how to make you feel calm while he is doing his work.

I was sent a picture of the technician who would answer my service call. George arrived promptly, introduced himself, and went to work. He explained everything every step of the way. Called Precision Garage Door to service my garage door which I had a problem with when trying to close the door. I had called a competitor previously and they told me that the sensor on the door was bad and that it would cost 125 to replace. Timothy from Precision said he would check a couple of things first and if that didn’t correct the problem, It may require something more complicated. He tightened the chain and adjusted the sensor and fixed the problem in minutes. All covered in the service fee of 65. Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians and overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I highly recommend this company!
