Called in the morning and had a service man at the house by 2:30. He introduced himself to us..opened the door 4 or 5 times..gave us his recommendation on how to fix the problem...He replaced all of the rollers ..Perfect... Reece was an excellent worker..plus he knew how o fix it..

Nothing like not being able to open a garage door. I searched for business who specializes in such projects and Precision stood out. I made the appointment the same day and the technician arrived as scheduled. Reece was professional and understanding. A review of the door and careful inspection of all the parts he provided options and estimates. We agreed on what was needed for a safe and reliable door operation and proceeded with all parts available on the spot. His quick turn-around was impressive and did not disappoint. Aurelio Santucci was my installer. He was very helpful explaining the install process and how everything works. Install went smoothly, he was very professional, and the doors worked perfectly. A friend of mine D. Cercone had Precision do a install a few years ago and I really liked the work they did. That is why I chose Precision for my garage doors.

Cori was right on time. She did a super job. She determined the problem right off and fixed it. Now we know if that happens again, we can probably correct it. She also checked out the cables, etc. and everything is fine. She did a terrific job. Tom also did a great job in letting us know the original contractor was backed up and Cori would be out, but a little later, which was fine. We had only called on it today, so that was terrific service!! Thanks so much!

I had read reviews on line and hence contacted the company. The person on chat session was very responsive and was able to have someone come the very next day (contacted at 6 pm the prior night). They were on time and very professional. Their prices were competitive and we were very pleased with their service. Highly recommend!! We will definitely use them for any subsequent needs.

Reece arrived within the first 45 minutes of the service window, identified a broken pulley bearing as the source of the screeching noise, also discovered the cable had begun to fray on that side of the door. He replaced the pulley and the cables on both sides in a very efficient, professional manner. He also discovered that some of the roller covers were missing and suggested that I have the rollers replaced in the future. He performed the multipoint inspection and lubricated all the mechanics of the door. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work before leaving. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work. Precision Door also installed my door and replaced the springs in the past. All three experiences were excellent.

Cori Merkel was the technician that was sent to my house. She was very professional and knowledgeable she let me know that I could have done and explained what warrantees there were. Purchased a new garage door opener, when she pulled the old one down she informed me on how the sprocket didn't sound right. She was correct there was metal dust all around. She replaced it in about an hour, like she said. Now it's quieter than the old one.

When I came home recently, my garage door opener would not work from both a remote as well as the keypad outside. My house was locked, and I didn't have the key. I was desperate! I googled online and found Precision's information. I used t and he chat feature, as I was in a library for use of wifi. Technician Damon arrived quickly and was quite helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We tried the door again, and it worked! I noticed when I got in the house that clocks were blinking, so there must have been a power outage. Damon checked everything regarding the garage door opener. I was not charged for this call! I highly recommend this company.

My technician Cori Merkel was thorough and professional. Explained a number of things about my door opener etc. that I was not aware of. Showed me exactly what the issue with my door was. Fortunately it was not a major problem and she performed maintenance on the door as well. Advised me of potential problems that I may have with the door and provided quotes without high sales pressure. I have used Precision Door for a number of years and have always been happy with the service provided. I was able to get an appointment very quickly as well.
