Timothy, the service technician, arrived within the time frame we were given. He not open replaced the part needed but also did a safety check on the door. He was very knowledgeable and polite.

The spring broke on our garage door on a Saturday afternoon, trapping my car in the garage. We called Precision’s emergency line and they were able to make us an appointment for Monday afternoon however, because the technician was available earlier, he came and took care of the problem five hours earlier than expected. He was knowledgeable and the process was simple.

We had 2 doors that needed fixed. One had a broken cable and spring and the other just didn't work. Chuck diagnosed that it was the sensors. He replaced them and within a 1/2 hour, he had the door that I thought was the harder fix, fixed first. He then replaced cables and springs on the other door. In a little more than 1 hour, he had both doors fixed.

Torsion spring breaks Friday night with my wife's car now stuck in the garage. I called Saturday morning and luckily they had an opening on Sunday. Conner Scott came out within the appointment window and had to replace more than the spring as the other components were >20 years old. He did not try to upsell me on the other components. He new his craft well and spent his time efficiently. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Precision installed a new garage door for us a few years ago. We were having an issue last week with a new garage door opener working. Precision came out on a day's notice, performed minor maintenance on the door track and brackets, completed troubleshooting on the garage door opener and fixed several issues encountered. I wish every company out there would operate like Presicion. They do excellent work in a timely fashion. This was the second time we have used this company and they have consistently maintained their quality work and great work ethic! Damon was awesome. New bottom rubber sweeps on both garage doors. I bought doors from your company years ago for another house and was very pleased and now that I had a problem on my house I called again and am pleased again.
